Natural Wood Cleaner

Seventh Generation does things right! They have a new line of products they asked us to try. We will do them one at a time so they each get the review they deserve. Let’s start with their natural wood cleaner. The Seventh Generation Wood Cleaner is made with a plant based formula with coconut oil to clean and lemon and chamomile essential oils for fragrance. There are no harsh chemicals so that there are NO fumes. Sounds great, but how does it work?

How Does This Natural Wood Cleaner Work?

We tried it on different wood surfaces and we liked each result. The spray pump enables you to put the wood cleaner on your cleaning cloth or directly on your furniture. It is light and leaves a clean and slightly shiny finish. The wood is nourished and conditioned. We really liked the finish of this natural wood cleaner because it gave the wood a nice shine. It was not too shiny but gave the wood a gently polished apprearance. I appreciate fine wood finishes, so I am very particular about which finishes and most often use just a cloth. Most cleaners and polishes have ingredients that are not good for fine furniture. They may have an oil or synthetic formula that leaves an artificial surface. Therefore, I prefer not to use them. Yet I felt very comfortable with Seventh Generation Wood Cleaner. When I read the ingredients, I trust the natural wood cleaner on my fine furniture.
